The Pop Up Art Gallery will be at various Calgary Public Library branches, showcasing featured works from local Indigenous artists, curated by Four Winds Indigenous Showcase & Market.

The galleries are free to visit and runs for the duration of Chinook Blast.

I am a 32 year old Blackfoot/Cree from Siksika Nation. Working as not only a photographer but a nurse & business owner as well. I have been photographing for 5 years now, running “Mary Big Bull Photography” for the same length of time. I have always had a passion for capturing images. For capturing and freezing moments in time. It’s a crucial part of keeping our history and culture alive.My goal has always been to shed light on the beauty of indigenous cultures. I have photographed everything from combat sports, to rodeos, to pow wows, to events, to family portraits. I love what I do and I love the people I meet along the way.
